Agile Methods & Scrum
Agile working is more of an attitude than a method
For your employees to get off to a good start in the world of agile methods, our workshops begin with a discussion of the agile mindset and what lies behind it, and how they can apply it in their everyday work.
In the context of agile working, there is a wide range of tools and methods that simplify the application of a basic agile understanding and agile principles. The participants will use their own examples to classify the relevance in their personal (team) everyday life.
There is no question that agile working offers several advantages. People are clearly in the foreground. Communication with each other is more important than stubbornly following processes. The personal room for maneuver grows. This development brings new challenges. Flexibility in thinking and dealing with stressful situations is therefore more in demand than ever in everyday life.
Agile working environments are about facing change dynamically and calmly
In a world that is changing ever faster, this ability is more in demand than ever. Working methods and processes have to be rethought and, if necessary, adapted due to changing framework conditions. Different and partly new demands are placed on managers. Participants learn the basics of agile leadership and tips on how to apply them in everyday work.
Retrospectives - a versatile agile element
Retrospectives take place at regular intervals in agile projects. Why do these meetings take place? So that the team recognizes at an early stage what is going well and where improvements can be worked on.

Agile Leadership
Agile working environments are about facing change dynamically and calmly. In an ever faster changing world, this ability is more in demand than ever. Working methods and processes have to be rethought and, if necessary, adapted due to changing framework conditions. Different and partly new demands are placed on managers.

Scrum Basic live for teams
The entire workshop is designed analogous to agile principles from Scrum, so that the participants experience the individual elements directly. We would like to highlight two elements as examples: The workshop agenda is presented using a Kanban board and the Kanban method is directly explained in this context. In the further course of the workshop the Kanban board is referred to again and again in connection with agenda points. The single agenda points are carried out “time-boxed”, so that the participants can experience the value directly also here.
Participants go through several sprints based on the pre-selected projects in order to test and experience direct application possibilities in everyday life.
Regular feedback rounds allow workshop participants to address implementation issues and deepen insights. An interactive design with numerous exercises and reflection rounds is a matter of course.
- Get to know the basics of Scrum

- Increase team performance through proactive, honest and trustworthy communication
- Intensify agile and "courageous" collaboration
Change Readiness and Agile/Growth Mindset (learn)
Excessive demands and high pressure to change are weighing on many companies. Change management and readiness are required to be able to act innovatively, competitively and successfully in the long term. However, uncertainty and resistance often prevail instead.
Instead of starting with work techniques (e.g. with Scrum), which are only methods, the first step must always be mental change. The learning of change readiness and agile mindsets is the core of this training.
- Definition Agility and Definition Growth Mindset
- Self-reflection of own thought patterns and mindsets
- Strengthening acceptance of the change situation
